Our story.

2009

Where it all began

Fleetclear started life as Innovative Safety Systems Ltd (ISS), incorporated on 9th April 2009. We focused on fleet safety technology like DVRs and radar kits.

2010

Pioneering innovation

We introduced our first collaboration with a partner OEM, marking the start of many custom solutions and setting the foundation for our customer-focused approach.

2014

Introducing Cyclear…

Our Cyclear system was granted a European Patent (EP2946374) in January 2014 and launched in March after 18 months of research and development .

2018

The launch of Reaclear

In February 2018 we launched our patented Reaclear system after intensive research and testing (UK Patent No. 3353009).

2018

Live camera connectivity

In 2018 we brought to market our reliable RXLite live camera solution, offering customers real-time video connectivity on their vehicles.

2019

The Electronic braking systems interface

In 2019 we launched our ‘electronic braking systems interface’ which plays a key role in our industry leading IDClear, Anti-rollaway and Auto-brake solutions.

2020

A milestone investment

In March 2020, private equity investors YFM Equity Partners invested in ISS, providing the resources to accelerate our expansion and innovation.

2021

Expanding capabilities

In February 2021 marked a pivot with the roll out of our Tracking and Telemetry offering, a product line we have been developing further ever since.

2022

Fleetclear Connect

The launch of the proprietary Fleetclear Connect software web app, which brings together Fleetclear technology into a single, powerful SAAS platform.

2022

Pioneering collaborations

Working in collaboration with our partners at Amey, we developed a pioneering IPV dual radar system for crash cushions used in highways maintenance.

2022

Enter: Fleetclear

In 2022, we rebranded from ISS to Fleetclear, reflecting our expanded vision and commitment to connecting and protecting fleets.

2024

Building on success

In March 2024, YFM Equity Partners reinvested in Fleetclear, paving the way for further growth and development.

A commitment to R&D

As part of our ongoing commitment to advancement and innovation, our annual R&D spend reached a milestone £500,000 in 2024.
